| The builder of this new
Orlando town home project hired us to furnish two different units as model
homes. Below is unit 112 in its vacant state. . This nice town home in the downtown area came already with a beautiful kitchen and great hardwood flooring, just to name a few of its many amenities. The 10 foot ceiling gave us ample room to dress this new construction property up. |

| This interesting architecture
needed appropriate masculine dark rich colors. We took up the geometrical
shape of existing faux finished dome in the dining space with a round
banana leaf table base with a glass top. This allowed the table to remain
light enough to not overwhelm the space. The sleek parson chairs give an
updated look to the ornamental accents.
We warmed the darker brown colors with softer light artwork and a playful gold mirror. The Bamboo in the large vase emphasizes the height of the room and draw the attention to the crown moldings and Ceiling details. Here is a view from the staircase showcasing the living area. We added curtains and sheers to adds privacy to this unit. |

Transforming a new townhouse into a model home is quite a rewarding opportunity. Here we took unit 126 to the next level. The great room plan left little definition between the different functions of the space as living and dining room.

| We refined the spaces and added a
blue green as the accent color. The curving leather sofa in cream is
perfectly accompanied by a curved sofa table in dark wood. The armless
chairs in fabric give a nice contrast and complete the ensemble. The silk
curtains with a beige needlepoint stripes add some formal elegance. The
two black and white photos showcase a historic staircase and provide
visual interest to a otherwise large wall. We flanked the pictures with
rod iron candleholders to add symmetry and bring some more contrast to the
neutral color scheme.

. The dining room table repeats shape and color of the sofa table and connects the two spaces visually. The simple elegant dinnerware arrangement takes the color cues from the rest of the room. Black, white and neutrals dominate this crisp ensemble. The two shelf units in the background help to define the room and provide storage and clean lines at the same time.

Smaller contemporary bar stools give a maximum of traffic space around the dining table and the breakfast counter, while adding additional seating. Although we created different spaces in this great room concept, the colors and forms unite the room. Even though there is a strong presence of dark wood tones everywhere, the light colors in the fabrics and the rug give this composition a feminine touch. The patterns used in the space carry similar hues of turquoise and light neutrals. |

Rich chocolate brown fabrics and crisp white linens evoke
the feeling of a nice relaxing retreat. The balcony off the master suite
invites to enjoy a coffee in the morning. We gave the outside space a
small bistro table with two chairs. The granite and the accents in the
master bath carry the color scheme through and support the en-suite
feeling of this set up.
